Home Care Services in Colorado
Comprehensive in-home care tailored to each client — from hands-on daily support to specialized memory and veteran care.
Home care refers to non-medical support services provided in a person's own home to help older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain independence and quality of life. According to the CDC, most Americans over age 65 prefer to remain in their homes as they age, a goal that professional home care directly supports. Colorado CareAssist provides five categories of in-home care: personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support; companion care for conversation, activities, and emotional well-being; home management covering meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry; transportation to medical appointments and errands; and specialized memory care for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. All services are delivered by trained, background-checked caregivers hired directly by the agency rather than through a staffing model, ensuring consistency and accountability in every care relationship.
