Concierge Membership

Live independently. Call us when you need a hand.

Scheduled home care means a caregiver comes on a set schedule. Concierge is the other kind of help: you stay in charge of your own life, and you call when you need a hand — a real person answers, day or night. We arrange the care, coordinate with your doctors, and keep your family informed. Care hours bill at our published rates, and members pay 10% less per hour.

LIVING ON YOUR OWN

Most members run their own lives, and they want to keep it that way. Nobody arrives on a schedule. You call when you want a hand, and we arrange it.

WHEN YOU WANT MORE HANDS ON DECK

When you want company, an errand run, or someone beside you at an appointment, Concierge Gold adds care hours you can draw on when you need them — and your own routine stays yours.

THE QUICK ANSWER

Someone to call, when you need one.

Concierge is on-call care for people who live independently and would rather not have a caregiver arriving on a set schedule. Your routine stays yours. You get a daily check-in call from a real person on our scheduling team, and a line that a real person answers, day or night. Your care coordinator sorts out the details — a ride to an appointment, a refill, a contractor, help with Wi-Fi or a camera. When you want hands-on care, we arrange a caregiver for a time that suits you.

WHEN YOU CALL

The details, handled.

The small things that quietly pile up. You make one call; we take them off your plate.

The appointment that got made — and the ride there.
The refill that didn't lapse.
The gutter, the water heater, the yard — someone else's phone call.
The doctor who actually called back.
The check-in call you didn't have to ask for.
The daughter in another city who stops worrying on Thursdays.
WHEN YOU CALL

Call us. Here is what happens.

IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY

Call 911 first. Then call us, and we reach your power of attorney or whoever you named to decide for you.

IF IT'S TECH

Wi-Fi, a camera, a device that dropped off. We sort it out.

IF IT'S SOMETHING ELSE

We arrange a caregiver for a time that suits you. After hours, we help you work out what to do next — we don't send someone in the middle of the night.

TWO MEMBERSHIPS

A flat monthly fee, and published rates for any hours you use.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Most members manage their own lives — homeowners and apartment dwellers, still driving or happily not — and would rather call us than have a family member worrying. Many are also adult children, often in another city, who want one real person to call. If you've been keeping track of it all — or your daughter has — this hands that job to a professional.

SENSORS · OPTIONAL

A room sensor, if you want one.

The Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 is the model we support; other models exist, and you choose. Setup is quoted separately — it is not part of the subscription.

A room sensor can notify you if someone may have fallen. It is a help, not a medical device, and it can't catch every fall.
You choose who gets the alert. Unless you tell us otherwise, it goes to your power of attorney first. If you'd rather we decide, we will.
You buy the sensor; we install and support it. Installation is $89 per room, and most homes need three or four: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.

Most homes need three or four rooms: $267 or $356.
