Requirements
All positions require:
- Pass comprehensive CBI background check
- Pass CAPS (Colorado Adult Protective Services) verification
- Pass DMV check (for positions involving transportation)
- Pass drug screening and ongoing random drug tests
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Colorado driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for caregiver positions)
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client safety and dignity
Our Training Program
