Colorado CareAssist charges a single hourly rate of $40 per hour in Colorado Springs and El Paso County, $43 per hour in the Denver metro and Boulder County, and $42 per hour in Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley). Live-in care, with a single caregiver residing in the home and built-in sleep periods, is $200-$220 per daydepending on region. All services, including personal care, companionship, dementia support, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and respite, are included at the same rate. The minimum visit is 3 hours, and families may pause or cancel with 7 days' notice; there are no long-term contracts. Colorado CareAssist is a licensed, bonded, and insured agency with $3 million in liability coverage.

- We charge one flat hourly rate: $43 per hour in Denver and Boulder and $40 per hour in Colorado Springs and most other Front Range counties. That single rate covers personal care, companionship, household help, errands, and transportation, with no service tiers.
- Are there hidden fees or surcharges?
- No. There are no hidden fees, no tiered pricing, and no surcharges for specialized care such as dementia support or veteran care. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay, and light handyman and home-safety help is included at no extra charge.
- Is there a minimum number of hours?
- Yes. Visits start at a three-hour minimum, which lets a caregiver complete meaningful tasks like bathing, a meal, and errands in one visit. From there you can schedule as few or as many hours as you need, up to 24/7 care.
- Do you require a contract?
- No. We do not require long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel with about a week's notice and adjust your hours up or down as needs change, so you only pay for the care you actually use.
- How much does live-in or 24-hour care cost?
- Live-in care in Colorado typically runs $180 to $220 per day, which is often more cost-effective than paying hourly for around-the-clock coverage.
