Simple, Transparent Home Care Pricing
We charge two hourly rates and nothing on top of them: $43 an hour across the Denver metro, Boulder, and Northern Colorado, and $40 an hour in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and El Paso County. Every service is included at that rate. No long-term contracts, no surprise fees, no upcharges for nights or weekends. Family-owned and serving Colorado families since 2012.

The short answer
Colorado CareAssist charges one of two hourly rates. $43 per hour for Denver metro, Boulder County, and Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Longmont, and every other city from Denver northward). $40 per hour for Colorado Springs, Pueblo, El Paso County, and Pueblo County, and every city south of there. Live-in care, with a single caregiver residing in the home and built-in sleep periods, is $200-$220 per day depending on region. All services, including personal care, companionship, dementia support, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and respite, are included at the same rate. The minimum visit is 3 hours, and families may pause or cancel with 7 days' notice; there are no long-term contracts. Colorado CareAssist is a licensed, bonded, and insured agency with $3 million in liability coverage.

The hourly rate covers every service we provide, with no upcharges for nights, weekends, dementia support, or veteran care. Visits start at a 3-hour minimum, and there is no long-term contract. Medical and skilled-nursing services, medications given by the caregiver, and grocery, supply, and transportation costs are not part of the rate.

Most families pay us directly. If insurance or VA benefits are in the picture, we confirm what they cover before care starts — never after.
Private pay
You pay us directly at one flat hourly rate. No deposit to start service, and no long-term contract — pause or cancel with 7 days' notice.
Long-term care insurance
If you hold a long-term care insurance policy, we help you confirm what it covers and how billing works before the first visit.
VA benefits
Veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for VA benefits that pay for home care, including Aid and Attendance. For authorized VA care, we bill the VA directly, and our coordinators help with eligibility verification and documentation.
