Our story
Colorado CareAssist is the operating name of Hesed Home Care LLC. The Hebrew word hesed means loving-kindness — the steady, faithful kind that does not give up on people. We started the agency in 2012 after watching too many families get burned by caregiver turnover, surprise fees, and weekend surcharges.
Today we serve nine Colorado counties from offices in Denver and Boulder. Every caregiver on our roster is a direct hire with CBI, CAPS, drug test, and DMV checks. Every caregiver receives dementia training as part of onboarding. And every family gets the same flat hourly rate regardless of what kind of care they need or what day of the week it is.
Direct hires
Caregivers are our employees, so we control training, quality, and accountability.
One rate
No tiers, no dementia surcharge, no weekend or holiday premium.
Owner access
