Getting Started
Your Care Journey Begins Here
A thoughtful onboarding process designed to understand your needs and deliver exceptional care
We Take the Time to Get It Right
Many agencies rush to fill shifts. We take a different approach. Our comprehensive onboarding process ensures we truly understand your situation before care begins. This investment of time upfront means better care, fewer adjustments, and stronger relationships from day one.
Our 6-Step Onboarding Process
From first conversation to seamless care—typically 3-5 business days
Initial Conversation

- Discuss timing and urgency
- Answer your initial questions
- Determine if we're a good fit
Outcome: You'll know if we're the right agency to explore further

- Daily routine documentation
- Personal preferences and interests
- Family dynamics discussion

Based on our assessment, we develop a detailed care plan tailored to your specific needs. This includes care tasks, schedule recommendations, caregiver requirements, and a transparent cost estimate.
- Customized care plan document
- Recommended schedule
- Caregiver skill requirements
- Clear pricing breakdown
- Goals and outcomes defined
Outcome: A detailed plan you can review and approve
Caregiver Matching
1-3 days
We don't just assign whoever's available. Our matching process considers skills, personality, interests, schedule compatibility, and your specific preferences. You'll meet and approve your caregiver before care begins.
- Skills and experience matching
- Personality compatibility
- Schedule alignment
- Interest and hobby matching
- Meet-and-greet introduction
Outcome: You approve your caregiver before care starts

Common Questions
Is there a cost for the assessment?
No. The initial conversation and in-home assessment are complimentary. You're not committed to anything until you approve a care plan.
What if we don't like the caregiver?
Fit matters. If the match isn't right, we'll find another caregiver at no additional cost. Your comfort is our priority.
Can we change the care plan later?
Absolutely. Care needs evolve. We review and adjust care plans regularly, and you can request changes anytime.
What if we need care urgently?
Call us directly. We handle urgent situations routinely and can often begin care within 24-48 hours for hospital discharges and emergencies.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We don't lock you into contracts. Care can be adjusted or discontinued with reasonable notice—usually one week.
How do we communicate with caregivers?
Through our family care app and portal. You can message caregivers, view care logs, and reach your coordinator directly—all in one place.
